Jocelyn Konrad is the Founder/President of ForvaVerve, providing consulting services including process enhancement, strategy development and operational excellence, specializing in retail operations and the pharmacy industry.

Jocelyn is a recognized industry leader in growing sales, controlling costs and fostering employee development within the retail pharmacy industry. She has extensive, multifaceted, senior leadership experience coupled with a unique combination of strategic business, operations, and financial acumen. Most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Pharmacy Officer at Rite Aid Corporation, Jocelyn led the Pharmacy Operations business and led a team of more than 20,000 pharmacists and technicians across 17 states. She is an accomplished excecutive with an exceptional record of innovation, delivering growth, and industry-leading advances in patient care. Jocelyn has leveraged her deep expertise in healthcare, retail, and business best practices to lead market access, clinical services, pharmacy acquisitions, government/regulatory affairs, mail and central pharmacy operations, Health Dialog, RediClinic in-store retail clinics and telehealth, clinical services and pharmacy operations while at Rite Aid. During her time at Rite Aid, Jocelyn held multiple leadership roles beginning with District Pharmacy Manager, Regional Vice President, Vice President Healthcare Initiatives, Group Vice President Clinical Services and Initiatives, and Executive Vice President Pharmacy/Retail Operations. Jocelyn founded the Women’s Leadership Network at Rite Aid and is also a founding member of WE. Jocelyn previously served as a Board of Directors of the National Association of Chain Drug Stores and Rite Aid Healthy Futures.

Earlier in her career Jocelyn held leadership positions at Eckerd Pharmacy and Thrift Drug Jocelyn holds a BS in Pharmacy, from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science in Philadelphia. She is a registered pharmacist in Pennsylvania and has been named to the list of Top Women in Retail and Most Influential Women by Mass Market Retailers. Jocelyn currently serves on the Board of Directors for Jenna’s Blessing Bags the Advisory Board of WE and Board of Visitors for the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science. She is recognized as an industry thought leader, featured in multiple publications, a frequent speaker, and podcast guest.
