As vice president of fashion, beauty and innovation, Shelby Stritzke leads Hy-Vee’s health and beauty care growth strategy. Within her role, she oversees the retailer’s Very Bellissima beauty departments, private label cosmetic lines and health and beauty partnerships. This year, Stritzke helped introduce Hy-Vee’s Beauty Certification program, which offers on-the-job training and education for Hy-Vee’s HBC employees. Stritzke joined Hy-Vee in 2003 where she has held multiple positions in General Merchandise and Health and Beauty. She currently serves on the board of Dermatology and Retail Alliance, which is focused on driving solutions and innovations across skin health.
